Manash Kumar Ray is a dynamic and results-driven technology leader with over 15 years of experience in product development, enterprise architecture, project and relationship management, and people management. He is currently serving as the Site Leader, Vice President, and GM of India Development Center at Ayla Networks, where he is responsible for driving innovation and growth in the company's product development and engineering operations. Mr. Ray has a proven track record of conceptualizing and developing innovative products, including Health4U, a mobile device-enabled integrated health information platform. The idea has been selected in "NASSCOM's 10,000 Start-ups program" and also accepted by the scientific committee of Telemedicon 2014, conducted by All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS). In his previous roles, Manash has architected products and platforms catering to the needs of both enterprise and end-users using TOGAF methodologies. He has also been involved in product life cycle management for large enterprise customers using Agile methodologies. Additionally, he has been responsible for planning project activities, scoping, estimation, tracking, change management, delivery management, and post-implementation support in a distributed project setup. Mr. Ray has also been accountable for RTM (Release-to-Market) for enterprise products in a distributed global environment. He has mentored and coached development teams to ensure effective growth plans of architecture and framework. His expertise in service delivery operations has been instrumental in driving the success of various organizations he has worked with. Manash Kumar Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utkal University and has completed an Executive General Management Program from IIM. He has also completed various other courses from IIM and has a relevant experience of over 20 years. His tech stack includes mobile and search technologies.
